CityMind Group was contracted to develop a new large scale web app for MyCornerNow. This new web app allows businesses to advertise their specials or offers, events and job openings through web, email campaings and text messaging by allowing users to opt-in by a variety of means to specials. Users can get extremely granular in the type of offers and information they woudl like to receive and have the opportunity at any time to remove themselves from a particular campaign.
A separate module was added to the system after project beginning to daily pull from the MLS listings so that brokers may advertise their listings through the system. A real estate customer may text the MCN code from a listing sign to receive information about a listing without leaving their car including links to virtual tours and full listing details on any web enabled phone.
MyCornerNow is currently beta testing in the Lakewood Ranch and Siesta Key areas.
