This demonstration follows a meeting from a request to speak through chair recognition, live speaker status, voting, and the final public result.
One meeting, one shared sequence.
Each person sees only the controls they need. The chair remains in control, while the chamber display keeps the room informed.

Request
A participant requests to speak from the RXT-4D. Their exact place in the queue appears immediately.

Recognize
The chair reviews the ordered queue and calls the next speaker from the RXT-8D.

Speak
The participant panel and its front and rear LEDs identify the active speaker. An optional timer keeps remarks on schedule.

Vote
Selections remain concealed while voting is open. When the chair closes the vote, the tally and named results are revealed.

Aurora RXT-8D
Starts and ends meetings, manages the speaker queue, recognizes speakers, controls optional timing, opens voting, and publishes results.

Aurora RXT-4D
Provides simple request-to-speak and voting controls, clear queue position, current speaker information, and visible front and rear status LEDs.
ROOM VIEW
Chamber display
Shows the meeting state, active speaker, countdown, voting status, and final result where the public and participants can follow along.

The system keeps the RXT-8D authoritative and automatically restores meeting, queue, voting, participant, and theme state when a participant panel reconnects. Speaker timing is optional, and the interface includes Aurora, Light, and High Contrast viewing modes.
The result is a calmer operating experience for the chair and a meeting that is easier for everyone else to follow.
